THE POLYTECHNIC University of the Philippines will continue its survey aimed to assess the preferred learning mode of students amid the implementation of distance learning.

The reopening of the survey will give students who were not able to send their answers a chance to be heard.

The survey can be accessed through the Student Information Services website.

The “FlexTel Survey” is open until Saturday.

Meanwhile, the university announced that it has stopped accepting applications for its College Admission Evaluation until further notice.

It asked persons with additional concerns to reach out to its Online Student Support Services Action Center at the PUP website.
