PUP RENEWS PARTNERSHIP WITH JOONG GYE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH AND KAINOS-KOREA
THE POLYTECHNIC University of the Philippines has renewed its partnership with Joong Gye Presbyterian Church and Kainos-Korea to provide scholarships and financial assistance to students.
A memorandum of agreement was signed between officials of the institutions earlier this month.
This collaboration aims to ease the financial burden for selected students through a structured scholarship program, promoting inclusivity and holistic educational development.
Vice President for Student Affairs and Services Tomas Testor led the PUP delegation, which included key officials such as OSFA Director Engr. Ana Liza Publico, Benefactor Coordinator Zuriel Aguilar, and Chief for Private Funded Scholarships Leonel Enriquez.
Testor expressed gratitude for the ongoing partnership, highlighting their shared mission to support students’ growth and faith.
The Korean delegation, led by Senior Pastor Rev. Kwon Jae Baek, expressed their happiness in continuing the partnership and reaffirmed their commitment to nurturing talented students.
Kwon also praised PUP, noting the university’s strong reputation both in the Philippines and Korea.
