A PROFESSOR from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines was appointed as secretary of the Board of Trustees of the Philippine Political Science Association.

The university congratulated Elmer M. Soriano, the chairperson of PUP’s Department of Public Administration and Governance.

Soriano is also the chairman of the Bachelor of Public Administration program of the Institute of Open and Distance Education.

PPSA is an organization of academic professionals that promotes and supports the discipline of Political Science.

Soriano will join other professors from different universities in the country such as PPSA President Rosalie Arcala Hall of the University of the Philippines Visayas and Vice President Dennis Coronacion of the University of Santo Tomas.
