THE POLYTECHNIC University of the Philippines has a new program — Graduate Diploma in Project Management.

It is a 24-unit, 24-week advanced training course that will focus on gathering critical knowledge needed in working for private and public agencies.

“The program is focused on key project management areas including project planning and execution, project scope and scheduling, cost management, procurement and contract management, risk management, quality control, project communication and stakeholder management, and delivering results,” the university said.

It added that the program is aligned with the guidelines and standard of project management, and meets the eligibility criteria needed in applying for PMP Certification.

The university partnered with the International Project Management Association and collaborated with the Queensland University of Technology in Australia to make the program available.
