THE POLYTECHNIC University of the Philippines launched its Online Student Support Services Center to answer queries on admissions, enrollment, library processes and other inquiries.

The university said that information on each office and contact details will be accessible online via https://osssac.pup.edu.ph.

“This is in compliance to the university’s commitment to a policy of full public disclosure of all its transactions and desire to deliver fast and efficient services to students during the new normal,” the university said.

“If you have any additional or specific concerns not addressed in the OSSSAC FAQs, all you have to do is send an email to [email protected],” it added.

The university said that virtual office hours will increase engagement with students thereby reducing physical transactions amid the Covid19 pandemic.

“Your concern will be immediately attended to by OSSSAC Task Force composed of trained personnel who will operate on a 12-hour work schedule from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Friday,” it said.
