PNU STUDENTS URGED TO FILL UP LEARNERS PROFILE FORM
THE PHILIPPINE Normal University student body urged students to accomplish their learner’s profile forms to strengthen the university’s database that would help establish better and efficient services for the upcoming academic year.
The PNU University Student Council created a digital survey as part of the preparation for the opening of classes in the university on September 28. The survey contains some personal questions like the socio-economic status of the students, coping mechanisms during the pandemic, and also their ability to continue their education especially under the flexible learning modality.
“As of now, we have received 1,901 responses from the Google forms containing the Student Profiling,” USC Chairperson Alfredo Magat said.
The student body wanted to inform the PNU administration of the situation of their students for them to make informed decisions on the delivery of flexible learning. The data gathered will serve as a basis for the students’ readiness for the new academic year and as a reference in creating additional student assistance programs.
“Matters with the important decision-making elements must have a solid basis, and the data from our fellow students allow us to know where we could start from,” Magat said.
