THE PHILIPPINE Normal University’s Student Council launched its grievance form program to better address concerns of students.

The USC said that the forms will help them determine the students’ concern faster as it will narrow down the cases in need of proper attention.

“This is to inform everyone that the council will be launching its Grievance Form in order to cater the students’ complaints in a systematic manner wherein we will require them to fill out specific areas for us to narrow down the report so that proper sanctions can be executed,” it said on Facebook.

The council asked students to cooperate as it vowed to exhaust all remedies in resolving their concerns.

“Your utmost cooperation is highly requested and rest assured that your information will remain confidential. The council stand its ground in prioritizing the welfare of its constituents even in the virtual world,” it added.
