PNU STARTS DISTRIBUTION OF GADGETS

/ 27 September 2020

THE PHILIPPINE Normal University administration yesterday said they already started the distribution of the initial batch of gadgets for students to be used for distance learning.

As per PNU, the gadgets were part of ‘Project TANGLAW’, the university’s charity drive which aims to gather funds to help its indigent students continue with their education amid the Covid19 pandemic.

The selection of the student-recipients was based on the criteria set by the Office of the Student Affairs and Student Services, PNU said.

The gadgets were personally handed by PNU President Bert Tuga, along with other top officials and University Student Council Chairman Alfredo Magat.

The university also thanked the donors who helped make the said project possible.

“PNU thanks all the donors and benefactors, especially the alumni, for their assistance and support to the project,” the school said on Facebook.

Meanwhile, the school also finished its distribution of tool kits and modules to its students who will be on modular learning.
