PAMANTASAN ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela (PLV) ranked 5th among the Top Performing Schools at the Secondary Level in the December 2025 Licensure Examination for Teachers, marking another milestone for the city’s higher education institutions.

The City Government said the achievement reflects PLV’s commitment to developing future educators equipped to excel in their professions and remain globally competitive. Special recognition was given to Johanna Aubrey Castandillo, a PLV graduate who emerged as one of the examination’s topnotchers.
