STUDENTS of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila who are permanent residents in Manila can apply for a cash grant under the city’s social amelioration program.

Students who wish to apply for the cash aid should answer an online survey.

The PLM said that the survey aims to identify those who will receive assistance.

It gave assurances that the information provided in the survey will be treated with ‘utmost confidentiality’ and in accordance with the university’s privacy policy.

It advised incoming students who are beneficiaries of the cash grant but have been unable to claim their allowance to resubmit the required documents.

The school clarified that students’ SAP is different from the cash grant distributed by the national government to households.

The deadline for filing of forms is on October 9, 2020.

Classes in PLM started on October 5, 2020, using flexible learning.
