THE PAMANTASAN ng Lungsod ng Maynila recently announced its new executive appointments.

Professor Lalaine Isip, currently the University Registrar and chief of the university’s Gender And Development Unit, was named acting Vice President for Academic Support Units.

Three professors were also appointed as temporary deans of academic divisions — Dr. Aileen Atienza for the College of Science, Dr. David Paul Ramos for the College of Nursing and Dr. Phyllis Rio, acting dean of the School of Public Health.

Rio will concurrently serve as the chairperson of the PLM Committee on Health.

“Congratulations to our new acting vice president and acting deans!” PLM President Emmanuel Leyco said.

“I am confident that you can ably guide your respective units and continue to offer a better learning experience for students and stakeholders,” he added.
