THE PAMANTASAN ng Lungsod ng Maynila held a memorial service for its administrative staff who have passed away.

A tribute and holy mass were offered by members of the PLM community in honor of the seven personnel who died.

Bernardo Apepe of the University Security Office, Leobert Garcia of the Motorpool Service, Gloria Espina of the Vice President for Finance and Management, Reynaldo Medina of the Property and Supply Office, Alipio Jerome Adelino of the Accounting Office, Mario Mata of the General Services Office, and Alexander Ramirez of the Physical Facilities Management Office were remembered with prayers.

Their friends and colleagues shared their memories and the numerous contributions they made to the community during their years of service to the university.

PLM President Emmanuel Leyco expressed his gratitude for their service and dedication.

“Muli nating itatayo ang ating mga sarili. Normal lang at inaasahan nating makaramdam ng pighati dahil sa kanilang pagkawala. Ngunit lagi nating isipin na hindi sila mawawala sa atin — ang mga alaala nila ay mananatili sa atin at siyang magiging inspirasyon at gabay natin sa ating paggawa,” he said.
