PLM GRAD RANKS 7TH IN CIVIL ENGINEERING LICENSURE EXAM

A PAMANTASAN ng Lungsod ng Maynila graduate placed seventh in the recently concluded Civil Engineering Licensure Examination.

Alumnus Dale Iversin Lacastre scored 91.35 percent and ranked 7th out of 2,374 board passers.

The Professional Regulation Commission said 6,469 took this year’s CE licensure exam.

PLM also posted a 100 percent passing rate as all six of its BS Civil Engineering graduates passed the exam on their first try.

PLM President Emmanuel Leyco congratulated the board passers.

“We honor PLM’s six newest professional civil engineers, especially Mr. Lacastre who landed on the Top 10 of this round of examination. This is yet another proof of the quality education which the University is seeking to provide to the Filipino youth,” he said.

“May you use your skills to help build a resilient and progressive infrastructure for the Filipino nation. Congratulations!” Leyco added.

The PRC will accept registrations for the issuance of Professional ID cards and certificate of registration for the passers between December 17-29, 2021 and January 3-4, 2022.

The oath taking ceremony of the new engineers will be announced at a later date.
