THE PAMANTASAN ng Lungsod ng Maynila is now accepting applications for its Medical College Admission Test for Academic Year 2022-2023.

“MCAT is a mandatory entrance exam for those who would like to pursue a medical degree at the PLM College of Medicine,” the school said in an advisory.

“The MCAT is a two-hour examination consisting of sub-tests in general information, academic evaluation, logical reasoning, and personality tests,” it added.

To be qualified for the program, an applicant must be a natural-born Filipino citizen; must have complied with all academic preparations; must have an NMAT score of 45 or higher taken within two years prior to application deadline; and must have no record of dropping from any medical school.

Applicants should also have no record of conviction of crime involving moral turpitude; must be fully vaccinated at the date of the examination; and must have no failing grade in any subject.

The filing of applications will be until January 31, 2022 at 5 p.m.

Late applications and lateral entrees from other medical schools will not be entertained.
