A TEACHER from the Philippine Science High School Southern Mindanao campus participated in the Nobel Prize Teacher Summit held in the Nobel Prize Museum in Stockholm, Sweden last month.

Dr. Rochelle Papasin received a scholarship grant to interact with other teachers from Georgia, Ukraine, Bangladesh, the Philippines, Ethiopia, Uganda, Bolivia and Peru.

The Nobel Prize Teacher Summit is an international event held by the Nobel Prize Museum. The initiative builds on the ability of the Nobel Prize to inspire people to seek out knowledge, ask questions and attempt to understand and improve the world.

Speakers at the summit were Nobel Prize laureates, top scientists, peace activists, artists and teachers.

The PSHS commended Papasin for her achievement.
