AN ALUMNUS of the Philippine Science High School System Central Luzon campus completed his master’s degree in molecular biology at the Georg-August Universität Göttingen, Germany.

Joseph Neos Cruz completed his degree with a 1.0 final grade.

Cruz did his thesis “Dissecting patterns of microexon splicing during transcriptional elongation” at the Yale University in the United States.

In 2019, he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in BS Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from the University of the Philippines Diliman.

The PSHS commended its alumnus for his career achievements.
