OUTSTANDING PSU EMPLOYEES CITED IN AWARDS GALA
THE PANGASINAN State University hailed its outstanding employees who have rendered years of service in the school during the 2022 Awards Convocation.
PSU said it is an annual event wherein faculty and administrators who have rendered 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40 years of service are given distinction, as well as retirees, and posthumous recognition.
“They serve as our inspiring role models reminding and encouraging us always to serve the public not only in the best way we can, but more so in the best way we should. For that has been their motivation in their long and outstanding years of service in the university,” said Dr. Lorena Echalar, Director for Human Resource Management Development Office.
University President Dr. Dexter Buted was also elated to witness the convocation of employees, and expressed his admiration for the PSU family.
“Forty three years is an incredible legacy to celebrate. I have done everything I could to the university,” he added.
Among the awardees were Dr. Ramil Dacal, Mr. Romeo Tingco, Ms. Angeles Gacad, Dr. Potenciano Conte, Dr. Jocelyn De Vera, and Ms. Jennie Fernandez.
Meanwhile, Interior and Local Government Sec. Benjamin ‘Benhur’ C. Abalos Jr. served as guest of honor and speaker, expressing his felicitations to the awardees and university.
