THE OCCIDENTAL Mindoro State College teamed up with the Schools Division of Occidental Mindoro-Rizal District for a research project that aims to contribute to nation-building and community development.
Dr. Elbert Edaniol, the college’s president, and Dr. Cecile Jose, Rizal District supervisor, signed a Memorandum of Agreement on May 8 to seal the partnership.
The partnership aims to continue the extension project titled “Research Empowerment through Active Collaboration and Handholding.”
This is the college’s graduate school’s response to the imperative call for nation-building and community development.
Meanwhile, the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office in MIMAROPA also conducted an ocular visit of the classrooms, learning facilities and laboratories of the three campuses of the college.
The team checked the level of instruction being provided to students as well as the physical infrastructure of the campuses.
