A STUDENT of the National University – Lipa won as the Best Startup Pitch Presenter at the Philippine Startup Challenge 8 – Regional Pitching Competition in CALABARZON.

Ian Cedric Medina came of the group Team NU Bytes-iShare competed at the Mapua Malayan Colleges Laguna in Cabuyao from October 10 to 11.

The competition gathered young innovators from the CALABARZON region.

The startup tilt was hosted by the Department of Information and Communications Technology Region IV-A with the collaboration of CT Industry Development Bureau, Baybayin Hub and Mapua Malayan Colleges Laguna.

The university said that Medina’s achievement represents the innovative spirit of the school.

“The competition showcased the brilliance of our Nationalians on the startup stage,” NU said.
