THE NATIONAL University will implement a two-day mental health break from October 14 to 15.

No synchronous or asynchronous classes  will be held during the break.

There will also be no submission of activities, quizzes, and assignments.

“The NU Flex Break is also applicable to all NU Branches. Please take note that the dates for the said break varies based on the respective NU Branches,” the NU Student Government wrote on Facebook.

“The said break will be an avenue for the student to recharge and take a pause in their academic endeavors,” it added.

The Colegio de San Juan de Letran will also implement a two-day academic rest from Oct. 7 to 8 for senior high school, and Oct. 9 to 11 for college.

No synchronous and asynchronous activities will be held during these dates.
