A NON-GOVERNMENT organization launched an online portal for history lessons in a bid to educate the public.

Project Saysay, which champions proper historical information, rolled out the project in collaboration with historian and professor Xiao Chua.

Episodes of “Xiao Time,” Chua’s show explaining history can be accessed through www.psaysay.org.

These are episodes from 2012 to 2018 arranged in terms of subjects, concepts, and contemporary subjects of Philippine history.

“Bahagi rin ito ng adbokasiya ng Project Saysay na makatulong sa pagpapalaganap ng makabuluhang pagsasaysay ng ating kasaysayan,” Project Saysay said.

The organization said that the project is also part of the 2022-2027 National Action Plan for Local History Development of the Local Historical Committees Network.
