MSU GENSAN GETS MORE FUNDING FOR COLLEGE OF MEDICINE

THE MINDANAO State University in General Santos City has been granted P37 million for the construction of buildings for its newly established College of Medicine.

The additional funding will be used for the development of a laboratory, infirmary and  a library of the college located at the MSU extension campus.

Around P20 million will be used for the laboratory and infirmary while P17 million was allocated for the library.

The university plans to open its College of Medicine in August this year.

It planned to open the college in August 2020 but it was deferred because of the Covid19 pandemic.

The College of Medicine has a four-level building that is expected to be finished before August this year.
