MISAMIS U JOINS FORCES WITH INTERNATIONAL SCHOOLS FOR STAGING OF RESEARCH CONFERENCE
THE MISAMIS University Philippines collaborated with international schools for a research conference on the advocacy to provide an international platform for various stakeholders to meet and interact on global concerns like climate change despite the Covid19 pandemic.
The university partnered with Vellore Institute of Technology University, Tamil Nadu, India and Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology for the staging of the 2nd International Conference on Biodiversity and Climate Change 2021.
The event will be held on September 23-24 via online platform.
IConBaCC 2021 aims to create an annual international platform for experts, researchers, practitioners, academicians, government officials, professionals, students, and civic organizations.
It also aims other stakeholders to share their research, best practices, innovations, extension works, policies, contribution, views, experiences, adaptation, and resiliency in today’s global challenges with biodiversity and climate change.
The university also tapped research papers to be able to join the discussion and be part of the speakers during the event which has ‘Enhancing Social Preparedness and Biodiversity Resiliency Amid Climate Uncertainty’, for its theme.
