MIRIAM COLLEGE CAMPUS TO RISE IN ALVIERA

/ 29 August 2021

MIRIAM College has signed another partnership with Ayala Land Inc. with the planned development of Miriam College Alviera — seen to be the institution’s greenest, most state-of- the-art campus project.

After opening its Nuvali campus in Laguna in 2014, Miriam College sets its sights further with the establishment of a new campus in Alviera—designed by Lor Calma & Partners, led by Arch. Ed Calma — which will break ground in September.

The campus will open its doors to learners in 2023.

Alviera — a 1,800-hectare estate in Porac, Pampanga — is a joint project of Ayala Land Inc. and Leonio Land Holdings Inc.

The establishment of Miriam College’s campus in the estate will turn the economic and lifestyle growth center into a creative innovation hub.

Miriam College Alviera will be co-educational and will offer education from preschool to graduate school, in phases.

“We strongly feel that there is a fit between the Pampanga community and what Miriam College will offer. We recognize the local dynamics and see that the expanding economy in the area brings about a new market that we can serve in delivering our brand of education to Alviera,” said Miriam College President and former Ambassador Laura del Rosario.

Aside from Miriam College, another world-class institution like Pampanga’s Holy Angel University will also open a new campus in the estate in 2024.
