MARINDUQUE STATE COLLEGE GETS P20-M FOR SPORTS PROGRAM
THE COMMISSION on Higher Education has granted the Marinduque State College P20 million for its sports and wellness program.
The fund will cover the upgrading of MSC’s track and field oval, college President Diosdado Zulueta said.
The school launched “MSC’s Sports and Wellness Program: Towards an I.D.E.A.L. Community” with the support of Gov. Presbitero J. Velasco Jr.
Meanwhile, MSC computer engineering students bagged major awards at the Regional ICpEP CPE Challenge sponsored by the Institute of Computer Engineers of the Philippines.
For the programming category, Clarence Madrigal won the first place while Ace Francis Monteagudo and Raven Bryle Hexter Riego placed second and third, respectively.
