IN OBSERVANCE of Mental Health Month, the Mariano Marcos State University will have a mental health and values formation week from November 3 to 6, 2020.

The Ilocos Norte-based school said that classes will be canceled on these dates to give students a break from their academic loads.

“On the said dates, there will be no classes in all levels to give students time to recharge from academic activities,” MMSU said on Facebook.

“Always remember that #MMSUCares about you, especially in these trying times. You deserve a break,” it added.

Faculty members and non-teaching personnel, on the other hand, will attend a Mental Health and Values Formation Seminar.

The students of MMSU lauded the university’s move.
