MALATE CATHOLIC SCHOOL FOCUSES ON SPIRITUAL ASPECTS OF STUDENTS

MALATE Catholic School assures the public that its students will be filled spiritually, in addition to academic excellence, especially in this time of Covid19 pandemic.

The MCS has been conducting a 40-minute to one-hour prayer service before the classes start, with a required reflection paper for students.

Formal lectures have not started but the school reportedly offers activities to practice online class.

The students have not experienced any difficulties during the online class since it started more than a week ago, the MCS reported.

The school uses synchronous and asynchronous mode of learning based on the Department of Education’s mandate on student’s limited screen time.

MCS has been established since 1917 and several notable personalities studied in this school.
