“The next semester and midyear will also allow limited physical/practical classes that will seek approval for endorsement of the IATF, especially those needed or required for graduation where no alternative can be taken,” pahayag ng unibersidad.
Ayon naman sa Office of the Vice-President for Academic Affairs, inirerekomenda pa rin ang blended learning kung saan may face-to-face at remote classes habang nasa ilalim pa ang bansa ng pandemya.
“While the preferred mode of course delivery in the Second Semester AY 2020-20201 is a blend of face-to-face and remote delivery and while the overall daily Covid19 cases is lower, the trajectory of the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus is still uncertain. The cases are rising in some parts of the country,” sabi ng OVPAA.
“We asserted that a thorough reassessment and recalibration, with proper sectoral consultations, of the university’s plans for this academic year shall immediately take place to guide UP on how it will proceed with the remainder of the academic year,” saad ng Student Regent.
