STUDENTS and faculty members from elementary to collegiate departments of Colegio de San Juan de Letran will be given a three-day ‘Academic Break’.

In its Facebook post, the school said all tasks in both synchronous and asynchronous sessions will be suspended.

“We are declaring an Academic Break this Friday to Monday (October 9-12) for students and faculty members from elementary, junior high school, senior high school, and collegiate departments,” the university said.

“As such, there will be no class work, both synchronous and asynchronous, for the dates aforementioned,” it added.

The students lauded the announcement, citing they “badly needed it as online classes are already draining them.”

“Thanks for the update po, God bless po,” “Siempre Arriba! Siempre Letrán!,” and “Uy san all Letran,” were some of the sentiments posted by the students.
