LAPTOPS NOT REQUIRED AT MANILA BUSINESS COLLEGE
MANILA Business College in Sta. Cruz has assured its students of a P200 load allowance and that it will not require laptops for the new normal in education.
MBC said it would also accept students from public schools which are covered by the voucher of the Department of Education for incoming Grade 11 in school year 2020-2021.
The college added that only a one-time payment of P500 is needed for the entire school year.
However, the MBC only offers Accountancy in the Business Management Track for senior high students.
Classes will reportedly be held virtually for two days to be followed by self-paced or offline learning for three days. MBC is using Google Classrooms as a platform for its blended learning.
Also, students can attend classes using just their smartphones.
Although classes have begun for senior high students last August 24, enrollment is still ongoing until August 31. Classes for college students will open on September 7.
The MBC also accepts Alternative Learning System passers and offers scholarships, weekend classes and night shifts.
