THE KALINGA State University has named two new members of its governing board.

Dr. Juan Moshe M. Duyan will serve as faculty regent and will work on the promotion policies of KSU.

Duyan, a faculty of the KSU College of Public Administration and Indigenous Governance, will serve for two years.

He is also the president of the KSU Federated Faculty Association, Inc., an umbrella organization of faculty associations of the university’s Dagupan and Rizal campuses.

Meanwhile, Ricci Bitao, the president of the Central Student Government of KSU, will serve as student regent for one year.
