KALINGA STATE U EMPLOYEES TO SUBMIT NEW COLLECTIVE NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT
EMPLOYEES of the Kalinga State University are set to bargain with the school administration for a better working environment.
The KSU Employees Association proposed a new collective negotiation agreement during a workshop in Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte.
Part of the CNA includes shared responsibility of stakeholders in association, recruitment, placement and career development among others.
The new agreement will be effective for three years once signed by the concerned parties.
The CNA will be presented at the general assembly of the employees’ association for signing after which it will be submitted to the management.
