A GRADUATE of the Jose Rizal Memorial State University Dapitan in Zamboanga del Norte topped the licensure examination for midwifery.

Ronnie Vincent Bolasco Antivo got a rating of 90.05 percent.

Ariane Jean Ariño Blaza of the Camarines Sur Polytechnic College Nabua placed second with 89.65 percent, followed by Honelouy Oponda Rebolos of Capital University with 89.25.

The PRC said 1,210 out of 2,558 examinees passed the test held in Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

The best-performing school with 30 or more examinees passing was the Bataan Peninsula State University, with 35 of its 36 or test takers making it.
