THE ILOCOS Sur Polytechnic State College conferred Latin honors on 140 graduates during its 24th Commencement Exercises.

ISPSC said that 25 were magna cum laude and 113 were cum laude.

It had one summa cum laude and Batch valedictorian – Elyssa Minnette Dato — who took up Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.

The college said that it is the first time that a physical graduation was held since the beginning of the Covid19 pandemic.

The ceremony was conducted at the school’s Sta. Maria Campus gymnasium last week.

The graduation was initially set on July 29 but was postponed because of the big earthquake that hit northern Luzon.
