ISABELA STATE U TO OFFER TWO-IN-ONE MEDICINE, PUBLIC HEALTH PROGRAM
THE ISABELA State University will offer a combined four-year doctor of medicine course and a diploma in public health and hygiene next school year.
The two-in-one degree program can be finished in four years, including a one-year clinical clerkship program.
“This coming SY 2021, the ISU Echague Campus will be offering an innovative four-year doctoral course, a two in one degree program: Doctor of Medicine and a Diploma in Public Health & Hygiene,” the school said on Facebook.
Applicants must at least have a four-year post-baccalaureate program in basic science and clinical courses or graduates of pre-medical courses, allied health courses, or any bachelor of science degree with a minimum of 10 units or more in biological science, zoology, physics, basic anatomy, and general chemistry.
They should submit a biodata, letter of interest, BS diploma, board ratings, Transcript of Records, and certificate of grades.
Applicants must also have at least a 60 percent average passing mark in the National Medical Admission Test.
