THE IFUGAO State University conducted a workshop to help its constituents harness the potential of Artificial Intelligence for academic purposes.

Dubbed the “Elevating Presentations through Artificial Intelligence Integration,” the university said that, through this workshop, IFSU’s AI skills will be enhanced by embracing new technologies in the digital landscape.

“It specifically focused on incorporating AI tools and techniques for proposals presented to the Board of Regents, Administrative Council, and Academic Council,” IFSU said on its Facebook page.

“By incorporating AI tools and techniques, presenters can craft more engaging and persuasive presentations, ultimately leading to better decision-making and improved outcomes,” it added.

AI use in the academe has garnered mixed reactions, with some noting that its use will lead to dishonest outputs, while some see its potential in enhancing education.

IFSU’s Department of Planning and Information Management led the workshop at the Heritage Convention Hall in IFSU Lamut.
