THE IFUGAO State University Lamut campus opened its covered court for the holding of a free mass testing for Covid19.

University employees and residents of nearby villages Nayon, Bimpal, and Payawan were tested.

The initiative is part of the National Task Force’s aggressive community testing to help curb the spread of the contagion.

Those who underwent testing were advised to go home immediately and self-quarantine for 48 hours while waiting for the result, IFSU said.

“The University thanks the Bases Conversion Development Authority, BFP swabbers from Mega Swabbing Facility together with BFP-Ifugao, Lamut Rural Health Unit, and Ifugao Local Government Units for making this life-saving service possible to employees and nearby communities,” the university said on Facebook.
