iACADEMY presented a game-changing fast track program for aspiring real estate experts at the Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines’ First National General Membership Meeting early this month.

The program will allow students to finish Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management in just one year, three terms for business degree holders, and five terms for non-business degree holders.

iACADEMY’s participation in the REBAP event signifies its commitment to providing quality education by strengthening ties with industry partners and keeping the curriculum aligned with the updates and trends in the real estate industry.

The event on April 13, with the theme “Thriving in the Global Digital Economy,” attracted over 500 participants.

It focused on the latest digital trends and communication infrastructure and efficient digital tools for real estate businesses. It featured a diverse range of speakers, including e-commerce, digitalization, and proptech experts, who provided valuable insights into navigating the digital landscape of the real estate industry.

Senator JV Ejercito, chairman of the Senate Committee on Health and Demography and Committee on Urban Planning, Housing, and Resettlement, was the surprise guest.

iACADEMY proved its excellence in the field of Real Estate Management in its remarkable performance in the recently held Real Estate Brokers Licensure Exam in April 2023. iACADEMY’s graduates excelled in the exam, landing in the top 3 and top 5 positions.

With a 70 percent overall passing rate obtaining the highest passing rate among all schools, 66.76 percent passing rate for first-timers, and a perfect 100 percent passing rate for repeaters, iACADEMY solidified its position as a top-performing institution for Real Estate Management.
