iACADEMY GRADS IN TOP 10 IN REAL ESTATE APPRAISER LICENSURE EXAM
iACADEMY’s Real Estate Management graduates landed in the top 10 in the Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Exam.
Leslie Sia ranked 8th with a score of 86.5 percent, while Mary Ann Clemente placed 10th with a score of 85.5 percent.
“The recent success of Leslie Sia and Mary Ann Clemente, securing top positions in the Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Exam, is a shining testament to our commitment to excellence,” said Cecilia Sy, vice president for Academic Affairs.
“Our program is designed to empower students with the practical skills and industry knowledge necessary to thrive in the real estate sector. We’re delighted to witness our graduates’ brilliance making a mark in the industry, and we’re confident they will continue to shine brightly in their careers,” she added.
The program boasted an overall passing rate of 92.31 percent.
iACADEMY consistently produces high-achieving real estate management graduates. In 2021, the institution achieved a perfect 100 percent pass rate in the Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Exam.
In 2022, iACADEMY not only ranked among the top 10 schools for successful real estate brokers exam takers, but also secured the top spot nationwide with an impressive 93.75 percent passing rate in the Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Exam.
In the April 2023 Real Estate Brokers Examination, iACADEMY graduates Clark Dustin Yeung and Queenzi Mae Comiso placed third and fifth, respectively.
