THE ASSOCIATION of the Southeast Asian Nations University Network-Quality Assurance granted Holy Angel University in Pampanga international accreditation for 17 of its programs.

The accreditation placed the programs at par with the education standards set by quality universities in the ASEAN region.

These are BA in Communication, Bachelor of Elementary Education, BS in Architecture, BS in Aeronautical Engineering, BS in Civil Engineering, BS in Computer Engineering, BS in Computer Science, BS in Criminology, and BS in Electrical Engineering.

Other programs that were accredited are BS Electronics Engineering, BS Industrial Engineering, BS Information Technology, BS Mechanical Engineering, BS Nursing, BS Psychology, Bachelor of Secondary Education, and MS Nursing.

“HAU’s internationalization thrust on its academic programs is an effort continuously worked on by the community,” the school said.

AUN-QA is a group of Chief Quality Officers appointed by the AUN member universities. It acts as the focal point for coordinating activities to harmonize educational standards for the improvement of the academic quality of universities in ASEAN.
