THE EASTERN Samar State University will resume in-person classes in the second semester of Academic Year 2021-2022.

The second semester is from February 22 to June 24, 2021.

The school on Thursday announced that the City Health Office gave its clearance for the conduct of limited face-to-face classes.

The university also presented its learning continuity plan and said that it gathered support from other stakeholders for the reopening of the campus grounds.

The Commission on Higher Education requires schools that want to hold in-person classes to have a high vaccination rate, retrofitted facilities and approval from the concerned local government unit.
