THE EULOGIO Amang Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology has named a new president — Rogelio Mamaradlo.

Mamaradlo was selected among five applicants.

He served as the director of the school’s administrative services and research and development and production services since 2016.

He will replace Dr. Editha Pillo, the school’s 8th president.

Pillo, who was appointed president in 2014, is stepping down after two terms.

EARIST lauded Pillo for her contributions to the university.

“Serving as a mother to our Institute was a big task. Yet, you made it and we are proud of your accomplishments and achievements where we are a part of it. As you venture on the life you have been deprived of in the service of EARISTians, we wish you good luck,” it said.
