DLSU VACCINES TO ARRIVE MID-AUGUST

/ 13 August 2021

The De La Salle University can start vaccinating its employees this month with the expected arrival of the first batch of Moderna vaccine it procured.

A report from The Lasallian, the official student publication of DLSU, said that the initial batch will arrive in mid-August.

The university also ordered doses of Bharat Biotech’s Covaccine and these will be shipped in the fourth quarter.

It urged employees and students to get inoculated against Covid19 either in their local government unit or in the university.

Employees, students, and dependents can register for DLSU’s vaccination program through www.bit.ly/DLSUVaxProgram.

“I continue to encourage the academic community to consider getting vaccinated either in your LGU or through our DLSU Vaccination Program for the Community,” Vice Chancellor for Administration Dr. Arnel Onesimo Uy said.

“Let us remain vigilant, stay healthy, and follow the IATF guidelines on safe distancing, hygiene, and sanitation protocols,” he added.
