A FILM created by a De La Salle University Dasmariñas student was shortlisted for the Student World Impact Film Festival.

‘Sana Nasa Sana’, a film by AB Communications student Erika Reyes, made it to the quarterfinals for Best Short Film in the 2023 edition of the festival.

The short film tells the story of an idealist painter as she shares a heartwarming conversation with her dad during her birthday, which leads her into a recollection.

Last year, Reyes and her team also received nominations for four SWIFF categories in 2022 with their film ‘Misdirected.’

`Sana Nasa Sana’ made it to the official selection of the 2023 Student Cuts Film Festival and nominated for Best Film and Best Cinematography at the 3 Shots Film Fest in 2022.

The film also became a finalist in the Short Feature category of the 35th Gawad CCP Para sa AlternatibongPelikula at Video.
