THE De La Salle University made it to the list of the world’s best universities by subject in the assessment of Quacquarelli Symonds, an international higher education information provider.

The 2024 QS University Rankings by Subject placed La Salle in the 251-300 for Modern Languages, and 401-430 rank for Chemical Engineering.

La Salle is the top university in the country for Linguistics at 201-250 rank.

The university is also the lone Philippine university that is ranked in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (501-530).

Moreover, it is the country’s leading private university in Business and Management Studies (401-450), Economics & Econometrics (401-450), and Computer Science & Information Systems (651-700).

Meanwhile, La Salle also retained its standing in the English Language & Literature subject (201-250).

For this year, the QS World University Rankings by Subject evaluated 1,559 universities. It aims to help prospective students identify the leading universities in a particular subject.
