DAVAO DEL NORTE STATE COLLEGE LAUNCHES MENTAL HEALTH SURVEY

/ 25 October 2020

THE DAVAO del Norte State College initiated an online mental health survey for staff and employees to help assess the effects of the Covid19 pandemic on their well-being.

The survey dubbed as “Kumusta Ka? Mental Health and Well–being Assessment and Intervention among DNSC Employees during the COVID-19 pandemic” aims to help the DNSC to determine ways to help its employees with their possible mental struggle.

“The data from this survey aims to help the Gender and Development and Human Resource Management Office to come up with necessary intervention programs and eventually consider the said data in making HRMO and GAD policies,” DNSC said.

Employees can opt out from the survey if they find it uncomfortable without consequences, it added.

The DNCS added that the survey will only take approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, the DNSC has unveiled the officers of its faculty association.
