THE PANGASINAN State University was recognized for being a “hardworking and supportive partner” during the 2022 Regional Recognition and Awards Rites as part of the 122nd Anniversary of the Civil Service Commission.

The commission awarded PSU a Plaque of Appreciation for its “invaluable and continuous support to the programs and thrusts of CSC Regional Office I.”

The university vowed to continuously strive to enhance its institutional programs to maintain its high performance and satisfy the demands of society.

CSC Regional Director Dr. Hedy Jose Lardizabal handed the award to Dr. Lorena Echalar, the director for Human Resource Management and Development Office who represented PSU President Dr. Dexter R. Buted.

Lardizabal commended all the awardees for their efforts and sacrifices especially during the pandemic.

“The challenge is still here. We are faced with uncertainties but we know that we are doing these (our jobs) for the community and our countrymen,” he said.
