THE COMPOSTELA Valley State College lauded its director for research and extension division, Dr. Lilybeth M. Matunhay, for bagging an international leadership project award.

Matunhay was conferred the “Distinguished Leadership Awards” during the International Education Summit and Awards 2020 which was held online on December 20, 2020.

“The office of the College president expresses its sincere and heartfelt commendation to CVSC research ethics committee especially to Dr. Lilybeth M. Matunhay, Director, Research and Extension Division for being conferred with Distinguished Leadership Award during the international education summit and awards 2020,” the school said on Facebook.

“From your CVSC Family, Congratulations! We are indeed proud of you!!” CVSC added.

The school also lauded Matunhay for her contribution in the field of education. The CVSC’s Research Ethics Committee was the first in Mindanao to be granted accreditation by the Philippine Health Research Ethics Board.
