COLEGIO DE SAN LORENZO LOOKING FOR INVESTORS
THE COLEGIO de San Lorenzo on Friday denied reports that the school has been sold or is for sale.
The Office of Student Affairs director, RJ Taganas, issued the clarification in reaction to the statement of Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte that the school’s properties were up for sale.
Only more than 1,400 students enrolled in basic education and college, according to Taganas, which is less than the school’s expectation.
“Unfortunately po, ang aming number of enrollees ay hindi umabot sa desired target,” the school official said.
CDSL announced its permanent closure on August 15 citing financial instability and lack of financial viability.
