CLSU PROF RECEIVES TECHNOLOGY DISSEMINATION AND UTILIZATION AWARD

A PROFESSOR of the Central Luzon State University received the Technology Dissemination and Utilization Award given by the Graduate Alumni Association Inc. of the Department of Science and Technology-Philippine Council For Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research.

Dr. Clarisse Yvonne Domingo received the award during the association’s 4th Biennial Convention last week.

The award is given to researchers who have utilized at least one technology within the past three years and must be a result of a DOST-PCAARRD-funded project.

The DPGAA recognized Dr. Domingo for being the proponent and developer of the Andali Test Kit, which gained global recognition for its innovative and reliable diagnostic capabilities benefiting the livestock industry and the field of veterinary science and medicine.

On the other hand, Dr. Ravelina R. Velasco, acting vice president for Academic Affairs, received the DPGAA’s Service Award for her invaluable contribution as secretary of the Board of Directors from 2021-2023.
